Who operates this website
Avenor Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operates avenorworks.com under the Avenor Works brand. This Privacy Policy is effective October 8, 2026. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@avenorworks.com.
Information you provide
Information you provide may include your name, work email, company, role, company website, company size, service interest, timeline, project challenge, message, scheduling details, and communication preferences. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through website forms.
Technical information
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, referring page, timestamps, request records, and security logs.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, arrange meetings, evaluate potential engagements, secure and operate the website, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Requesting a resource or contacting us does not by itself enroll you in marketing.
Scheduling services
When you choose a discovery-call link, you leave this website and use Calendly. Calendly may collect scheduling, device, log, and cookie information under its own privacy notice. Avenor Works receives the booking details needed to arrange and follow up on the meeting. Calendly is linked rather than embedded, so its technology does not load on Avenor Works pages before you click.
Cookies and consent
We currently use essential browser storage to remember your privacy preference. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not active. If non-essential analytics or embedded services are added later, we will update this Policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that help host, secure, and operate the website; deliver forms or email; manage business inquiries; or provide scheduling services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when required by law, or parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and suppression of marketing opt-outs. We then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and may object to certain processing. Email info@avenorworks.com with Privacy Request in the subject line. We may verify your identity and may limit a request where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the website, services, or legal requirements evolve. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date and additional notice where required.
